Who we are
Thymely is run by ThriveEO LLC, the Montana company behind the Aromahead family. This policy covers askthymely.com and the Thymely chat. Our Terms of Service are the agreement that goes with it.
What we collect
Your account email and, if you add it, your first name.
Your chats, their sources, and the ratings, reports, and feedback you send.
Your profile notes about household, health, and preferences, if you save them.
Your membership and billing status from Stripe. We never see or store a card number.
The day's guest conversation, kept in your own browser until you sign in.
Basic server logs, meaning the address a request came from, the browser it used, and when.
Why
To run Thymely and keep your chats where you left them.
To keep answers inside the right safety bands for the people and pets you list.
To check accuracy and fix mistakes at the source.
To bill you and send membership email, such as your sign-in link and renewal notices.
Who helps us
Supabase holds accounts and sign-ins. Stripe handles billing. Cloudflare runs the chat service. A model provider helps compose answers from the library and does not keep your conversations to train its models. Amazon sends our email. Vercel hosts the site. Ghost at thriveeo.com tells us who holds a Thriving Aromatherapist membership. Each one sees only what its job needs.
What we never do
Sell your information. Use your profile notes for marketing. Show ads.
How long we keep things
Your recent twenty chats and your favorites stay. Premium keeps everything. Below Premium, an unstarred chat older than your recent twenty is removed after 30 days. Profile notes stay until you delete them. Ask us to delete your account and everything with it at hello@askthymely.com.
Your rights
You can see, correct, delete, or export what we hold about you. Email hello@askthymely.com and a person will handle it. If you live in California, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, the law gives you these rights by name, and we honor them the same way for everyone.
Children
Thymely is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has made an account, email us and we will remove it.
Cookies
A sign-in session cookie and nothing else. No advertising pixels on askthymely.com.
